Service Usage & Restrictions
- Services are provided exclusively for legal and ethical business communication.
- Misuse for spam, phishing, fraud, or illegal activities will result in immediate termination.
- Users are fully responsible for their messaging content and compliance with local regulations (TRAI, GDPR, IT Act 2000).
Payments, Billing & Refunds
- Upfront payments are required for Bulk SMS, WhatsApp API, and Digital Marketing services.
- All payments are non-refundable, except in cases of service failure due to provider issues.
- We reserve the right to change pricing and plans, with advance notice.
Limitation of Liability
- Textspeed Technology is not responsible for delivery failures caused by telecom providers, network issues, or customer-side errors.
- We do not guarantee 100% delivery rates, as they depend on carrier restrictions and recipient settings.
- Under no circumstances will Textspeed Technology be liable for lost profits, indirect damages, or third-party claims.
Data Compliance & Legal Obligations
- Customers must comply with TRAI guidelines for Bulk SMS, DLT registration, and sender ID approval.
- All marketing campaigns must have user consent, as required under GDPR and Indian IT Act.
- Violation of spam policies or misuse of services will result in account suspension and legal action.
